Q Call

Problem resolution support and general questions. Per incident or inquiry call that is paid by credit card. This service is available during our core business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Pay for only the immediate support you need at $150 per hour with 2 hour minimum. No contract required.

Q Lite

Annual contract that provides the insurance you need for problem resolution support, general questions, password changes and solutions to day-to-day issues.Q-Lite support encompasses 12 incidents or inquiries per 12 month period. Call or email for a quote.

Q Standard

Annual contract that provides the insurance you need for problem resolution support, general questions, password changes and solutions to day-to-day issues. Q Standard support encompasses 24 incidents or inquiries per 12 month period. Call or email for a quote.

Q Custom

Flexible, customized annual support contract that offers proactive planning for full application administration and system administration, including unlimited incidents and inquiries, account management and technical support resources to help you maximize your technology investment and meet the unique needs of your business.
