About QuantumPM
QuantumPM founding partners Kris Athey and Rose Blackburn started the company in the basements of their homes in 2000 as a project management business. Since that time, QPM has continually changed and grown to most effectively meet the challenges businesses face. Supported by the latest technology, QPM uses best practices for innovation and project management to create solutions for “doing it right” and “keeping it simple.”
While QPM has broadened its strengths through alliances with strategic partners such as the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Microsoft, and expanded our capabilities with new technology and the use of cloud services to meet the changing needs of our customers, we’ve never lost sight of our roots.

QPM carries several Microsoft competencies as a valued partner (Gold for Application Development and PPM; Silver for Collaboration and Content) and is a Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute. These partnerships allow QPM to provide state-of-the-art products and services. Additionally, many of QPM’s classes provide PMI professional development units (PDUs) which are required to obtain/maintain PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
