Digital Marketing Content Manager - Denver Area

QuantumPM, Inc. is a Microsoft Gold and Silver Partner specializing in project, program, and portfolio management products and services that provide organizations with business process and organizational maturity assessments, strategic consulting, process consulting, customized reporting and tailored software solutions, integration, support and training services for Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server platforms to simplify the way organizations manage their work.

As the Digital Marketing Content Manager, you will create and oversee the day-to-day writing, editing and publication of content including web, mobile and social environments. You will also measure content effectiveness via web metrics to monitor progress against strategic enterprise priorities as well as specific business campaigns.

Specifically you will:

  • Develop & publish content
  • Understanding of marketing and digital media
  • Support and maintain content strategy for enterprise digital media
  • Manage the content creation and updates across the web site, social communities and mobile environments
  • Manage content of all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, etc. as well as blogging platform WordPress
  • Work with marketing and sales to drive content for webinar programs.
  • Manage sales leads program
  • Familiar with Microsoft CRM software
  • Edit content from other sources to leverage it for digital publishing
  • Plan, manage and execute content calendar
  • Create and maintain digital content standards for a full range of different digital media including publications, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, web content, multimedia content, and social content; serve as gatekeeper to ensure that standards are met prior to content publication
  • Monitor content effectiveness through demonstrated familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to analyze digital metrics and routinely report findings to the marketing team
  • Leverage SEO best practices

Basic Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, multimedia, business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in writing for digital media and/or managing web properties
  • Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, e-mail, and social media best practices, technologies, and tools generally; knowledge of display and integration of multimedia content; experience managing Web properties
  • Familiarity creating and managing content across multiple (web, mobile, social) platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and tactics, and associated key performance indicators
  • Understanding of Meta content strategies and tactics to optimize content for search engines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (desired):

  • Subject matter experience and/or expertise with Microsoft platforms to include Office 365, Microsoft Project and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or other web development languages and basic commands to be able to manipulate content

SharePoint Developer – Denver Area

The SharePoint Developer reviews SharePoint requirements, and identifies and develops solutions to meet clients’ needs. Assists in maintaining clients’ SharePoint environments in addition to software development activities.

Tasks include: testing third party solutions, troubleshooting user-submitted issues, enforcing security standards, and providing estimates and status updates as well as documentation for proposed solutions.

Primary requirements:

  • Expertise in developing, administering, and configuring SharePoint Server 2010 – BCS, workflows, InfoPath, etc.

Senior Software Developer - Denver Area

QuantumPM (QPM) delivers end-to-end project, program and portfolio management solutions based on Project Management domain knowledge, state-of-the-art technology, industry experience and creativity. We strive to provide practical solutions using a creative approach and commonly available tools. Sometimes this means an out-of-the-box implementation of Microsoft Office tools such as SharePoint Server, Project Server and Portfolio Server. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner seeking a self-motivated Senior Developer who enjoys learning and utilizing Microsoft’s latest technologies (including SharePoint and Cloud). We create extensions to, and solutions from, existing Microsoft platforms for our Clients. Projects vary from small/quick to large/long. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team as well as assist in contributing to and building the knowledge of everyone in the Development Shop.

Our solutions typically support enterprise processes for our clients. Systems knowledge of SQL database, WCF, cross-server component coordination, extension philosophies of existing applications and asynchronous Client Server architectures is a must.

Our Shop continues to improve our SDLC practice which includes Agile. Supporting this practice and helping it evolve is a base expectation and would benefit from a person with passion in this area.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 8+ years of strong development experience on the .NET platform using C# and senior-level contributor on web applications
  • 3+ years of experience with database design and ORM experience particularly with SQL Server 2008 R2, Entity Framework and LINQ, Knowledge of SQL database stored procedures, triggers and data replication is a plus
  • C#, ASP.NET, strong OO design concepts and principles and genuine interest in learning how the .NET machine works under the covers
  • Senior team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to mentor junior engineers and interact with non-technical business partners and product owners
