Senior EPM Consultant/Business Analyst – Denver Area

The Senior EPM Consultant/Business Analyst is the major player on customer engagements. The consultant leads project teams with the focus on delivering solutions that will solve problems and add value to customers’ current environment. The consultant works closely with other team members to make sure that all agreed upon work is delivered according to customer expectations.

Primary requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional 2007/2010
  • Microsoft Project Server 2007/2010
  • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2005/Reporting Services
  • SQL Server syntax
  • Project management leadership
  • Presentation development and delivery
  • Strong sales skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel 50%
  • Ability to troubleshoot client issues efficiently
  • The strong communications and interpersonal skills necessary to relate to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to successfully analyze business situations and present client-focused recommendations
  • Expertise at integrating business process with technology
  • Ability to work both virtually and at customer sites
  • Flexibility and skill to manage multiple projects

Education/experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of professional project management consulting experience
  • Project Management Best Practices

  • PMP Certification
    VBA
    Microsoft Certifications (MCP/MCITP)
  • Experience building or leading a PMO
    Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS)
  • Report writing skills
    Experience as a classroom trainer

SharePoint Developer – Denver Area

The SharePoint Developer reviews SharePoint requirements, and identifies and develops solutions to meet clients’ needs. Assists in maintaining clients’ SharePoint environments in addition to software development activities.

Tasks include: testing third party solutions, troubleshooting user-submitted issues, enforcing security standards, and providing estimates and status updates as well as documentation for proposed solutions.

Primary requirements:

  • Expertise in developing, administering, and configuring SharePoint Server 2010 – BCS, workflows, InfoPath, etc.
  • Expertise in developing, administering, and configuring WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • SharePoint solution design and estimation skills
  • Communication and documentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred but not required:

Project Server 2007/2010 development experience

Senior Software Developer – Denver Area

The Senior Software Developer is involved with projects throughout the entire software development life cycle. Builds custom applications to support clients’ business requirements and shrink-wraps customers’ software. Works with other developers, architects, testers, and domain experts who are jointly responsible for development, deployment, and support of deliverables. Implements solutions that extend third-party platforms in innovative ways that delight the end-users. The Senior Software Developer also works on simultaneous projects to:

  • Create, test, deploy, and support custom software and products on third-party platform
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Prepare and maintain related technical documentation
  • Rapidly and proactively respond to external and internal clients requests
  • Comply with and assist in standards definition and enforcement
  • Participate and present in code review meetings

Primary requirements:
